Doesn't seem to be working for me
The offer is available a limited number of times per hour. The system is constantly looking back in 60 minute increments so as you go from room to room or refresh the page you will see the tab change to yellow indicating that it is available.

Found out...supposedly sold out and it was not available all day.
yeah guess you had to get it at the right time???
